By safeguarding the existing wetlands and riparian corridors, we ensure that the region’s delicate ecosystem remains undisturbed. Our approach minimizes earthwork and mass grading, seamlessly integrating infrastructure along established trails to complement the land’s natural contours. Strategic plantings will flourish in their native environment, and limited tree clearing was prioritized to protect the lush canopy that characterizes this distinct region.

The plan envisions a welcoming community comprising of 36 home lots and 15 charming cottages. At the heart of this development are vibrant community spaces: The Village Green and The Meadow. These central gathering areas foster a sense of belonging and connection among residents. The Heron Project community includes lush north and south woods, a natural swimming pool that offers a refreshing dip for residents, a community house for shared experiences and a barn that pays homage to the area’s agricultural roots.
