Together, we’ve met strict budgets and short time frames to create new spaces from start to finish – from identifying prospective sites to completing designs that integrate WeWork standards and creating construction drawings. Our work together has resulted in new, open-concept coworking spaces that allow 50 square feet per person, maximizing the use of space and fostering interaction and collaboration.

WeWork’s impact isn’t contained to its own portfolio of locations. The company’s disruption of traditional thinking on work space design has encouraged organizations, the real estate community and partners in between to consider how co-working can impact their use of space and interactions amongst people. As a result, the co-working concept has made its way into workplaces across the country because of the flexibility, convenience, community, choice and dynamism it offers.
