The redesign of the mid-century Penn 1 seeks to revitalize and redefine the workplace experience in the Penn District. In addition to overseeing tenant improvements throughout the building, Vocon has created pre-built spaces that offer high-end design, ready for new tenants.
The design blends the warmth of natural light and light wood tones with the striking boldness of polished concrete floors and exposed beams.
