Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, Fairport Wealth (formerly Fairport Asset Management) is a values-based, purpose-driven organization providing comprehensive wealth management solutions to the families it serves.
In 2013, following an extensive real estate search, Vocon was commissioned to design their new headquarters in the US Bank building. Located in 9,500sf of on the 4th floor, the design features a modern yet provincial material palette within a relatively tight space.
The design balances the natural beauty of materials like field-cut stone and live edge walnut tables with the simplicity of modern elements ranging from the reception desk to a floating credenza to modern furnishings.
