Doner

Doner conveys its workplace ethos simply: “Collaborators thrive. Isolators fail.” It was that spirit that inspired the global brand agency to establish a creativity incubator in the heart of Detroit. They envisioned it as a place where creative talents of all stripes could come together to inspire new ideas and new collaborations. They named the space D-313, a reference to Detroit’s area code, and asked Vocon to help them create it.

We designed a flexible space that can host meetings, client events, focus groups, and internal staff functions. It also serves as a home for Doner’s partnerships with local schools and universities and its business seminars on creativity. Modular furniture, bright natural light, and an open floor plan all contribute to fast, easy conversion of the space from a formal meeting room to a living room or classroom setting.
