Vocon Cleveland Office

When our own growth demanded a larger, more dynamic Cleveland office for Vocon, we focused every decision on how we work: our deep relationships with clients and with our own team members, our creative spirit, and our collaborative style.

The new space gives employees and guests wide flexibility in working independently or in groups, as well as allowing us to evolve as our employees’ needs change. We also flooded spaces with natural light and features that encourage movement and comfort.

Art and design elements throughout the space reflect our culture and brand, from the Red Room’s bold wall and minimal décor that communicate our boldness and laser focus on our work, to a lobby wall featuring photos of Vocon employees and their families as well as company events and news. Signage and environmental graphics give dimension to our values and highlight unique personalities and strong relationships.
