Park East Masterplan is aimed at converting a 404-key hotel into 185 luxury apartments, along with the construction of a new 160-unit apartment building, 40,000 SF of retail space, a 30,000 SF office building, a one-acre public space, and a 200-car parking garage. The project represents a significant revitalization effort in an urban area, with the goal of turning a mixed and disjointed landscape of offices, healthcare facilities, residential buildings, and retail into a cohesive, community-focused development.
Chicago-based Stoneleigh Companies partnered with Vocon to turn their vision for a 3.4-acre property into a luxury living complex. Waterford Bluffs, located at the west end of the Hope Memorial Bridge, now links retail and dining activities in Ohio City, Tremont and downtown Cleveland neighborhoods with a thoughtful residential district.
Phase I of The Quarter development sits at the significant intersection of West 25th and Detroit Avenue in Ohio City, the gateway intersection to Cleveland’s west side neighborhoods. The Quarter Phase II expanded on the urban success of Phase I, to create a complimentary, yet entirely unique sister project across the heavily trafficked Detroit Avenue.
Located on the site of the former Eveready Battery Co. plant, Battery Park Lofts honors Cleveland’s place as a 20th-century industrial powerhouse, while epitomizing the energy of urban renewal efforts and the area’s thriving nearby Gordon Square Arts District. Residents frequent the vibrant cultural landscape by foot with world-class restaurants, shops, and performing arts only two blocks away. Once a factory of towering red brick, the lofts now hum with residential activity.
The Luxe at Pepper Pike is a new transitional townhome community. All eighty-two luxury townhomes are finished with premium fixtures and unique interior spaces. Vaulted ceilings and individual outdoor decks provide spacious zones for living, making The Luxe a truly unique development.
Vocon collaborated with NewBrook Partners to develop a former parking lot located on 1.4 acres adjacent to the campuses of Cleveland Institute of Music and Case Western Reserve University into a student housing development with 64 units, 240 beds, classroom space and a parking structure.
