Birch to Baseline

Nestled in the picturesque Teton Valley, just a short drive across the pass from Jackson, Wyoming, this mixed-use development masterplan represents an innovative solution to a pressing housing challenge. With a primary focus on creating attainable housing deeply rooted in the neighboring rural community, this project leverages local community insight to offer accessible and attractive housing options.

Spanning across 10 acres, the masterplan introduces a diverse array of housing types, bridging the gap between single-family homes and low-rise apartments. It includes stacked flats, cozy tiny homes, charming cottages with ADUs (accessory dwelling units), and modern four-plexes, catering to the diverse needs of its residents.

At the heart of the development, the Village Green is a vibrant community hub, acting as the metaphorical “living room” where residents can connect, relax, and build lasting relationships. Along the greenway, the Lodge offers an array of amenities to enhance the quality of life, such as co-working spaces, fitness facilities, a rejuvenating spa, a refreshing pool, and an adventurous bouldering park.

This masterplan is more than just a housing development; it’s a thoughtful integration of living spaces that support the local community’s growth and aspirations, providing a well-rounded, attainable housing solution while fostering a strong sense of belonging and shared experiences.
