For today’s college students, dorms are more than just a place to live. So when the Cleveland Institute of Art wanted to create new housing, they turned to us to create something that would enhance student life and entice new applicants.
With a growing student body and a recently consolidated University Circle campus, new student housing was at the top of the Cleveland Institute of Art’s needs.
The new housing complex site was chosen to give students easy walking access to their studios and classes, reducing the demand for on-campus parking and helping meet changing expectations for student housing.
We provided the architecture and interior design expertise to create the four-story complex with 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom units and popular on-site amenities like a fitness center, laundry, and parking.
