A developer partnered with Vocon to create the masterplan for the mixed-use development, Cobblestone. At the heart of Cobblestone lies a vibrant blend of uses designed to enrich community life. The northern section of the development is dedicated to 20 acres of commercial space, setting the stage for a bustling district that will soon host a variety of retailers, including a much-anticipated grocer that will become a vital resource for residents.

Moving inward, you’ll find 20 acres of thoughtfully planned single-family lots. Positioned conveniently west of an existing elementary school, these homes promise a harmonious blend of comfort and convenience for families. To the east, 15 acres are dedicated to high-end, three-story apartments, offering luxurious living with easy access to the amenities and commercial spaces. The southern end of the development features 35 acres that will house 74 residential units and additional commercial opportunities, ensuring a balanced mix of living and business spaces.

Cobblestone is crafted with a deep sense of character and community. Public and semi-private spaces are seamlessly woven, creating human-scaled communal areas that encourage interaction and foster connections. The Amenity Clubhouse, pool, green spaces and playground are thoughtfully designed to nurture a strong sense of belonging and enjoyment for every resident. A proposed wetland trail will meander its way to the elementary school, offering a scenic route and a rich space for learning and family engagement. This trail will include educational nodes, ensuring a safe, enjoyable and enriching journey for the entire community.
