This Confidential Financial Firm, a market-leading investment firm with over $94 billion in assets under management, sought to create a new 100,000 SF workspace at 50 Hudson Yards that would not only attract top talent but also adapt to evolving needs. Vocon collaborated with the Company to design a premier environment, featuring two distinct and equally grand arrival experiences.
The two-floor office merges the exclusive offerings of a boutique luxury building with impressive ceiling heights, an interconnecting stair, an elevated client hosting and conference center, fully-customized private offices, and an expansive open workspace. Embracing an elevated Scandinavian aesthetic, the design features light oak finishes and refined detailing for a mature, modern palette that reflects the client’s commitment to sustainability and longevity. Throughout, the design balances classic minimalism with thoughtful accents of color, creating a timeless appeal.
Vocon’s design intentionally prioritizes the client’s culture with zones that encourage interaction and connection, alongside spaces for personal reflection. These community-oriented areas facilitate casual gatherings, demonstrating that the office is more than just a workplace; it’s a reflection of the firm’s commitment to excellence, creativity, and a shared journey toward long-term growth.
