This investment advisor’s Chicago flagship office draws inspiration from the surrounding Fulton Market Neighborhood. Employees and visitors are drawn into the space by a welcoming open lounge and cafe space, with a mix of seating types such as booths, bistro tables, and a large communal table. The ceiling design is inspired by the iconic Aqua Tower in Chicago, providing a dynamic visual impact upon arrival.
One key feature is the fireplace lounge which is a comfortable environment for impromptu meetings overlooking the exciting development in Fulton Market.
The open workspace zones include a mix of unassigned workstations and work tables that allow employees to choose from diverse settings depending on their preference. Internal touchdown rooms provide quiet, enclosed focus work points and a mix of internal meeting rooms support the need for collaboration space in each neighborhood zone.
Support spaces are very important to the firm’s workplace strategy. Gracious mother’s rooms, wellness rooms, and multi-faith rooms are thoughtfully designed to contribute to employee well-being.
