The vision for the New York office of this global investment adviser was to create a dynamic, inviting place where people feel welcomed into the company’s distinct collegial and collaborative culture. One of the floors is dedicated to client hosting and amenity spaces for employees, including a fully serviced barista bar, multipurpose training room, large morning meeting room, open booth seating, and a gracious private terrace for outdoor events.
Each of the office floors features creative open work areas that allow light to flow into the space, small internal touchdown rooms for virtual meetings, and a mix of open and enclosed collaborative settings that support a range of meeting styles. With outdoor spaces adjacent to work areas, a mix of warm materials, and comfortable furniture, this office is a place that will support the firm’s talent attraction and client hosting goals for the long term as the Company establishes a footprint in New York City.
