The goal for this market-leading investment firm was to create a high performance workspace in Hudson Yards that would be an exciting new home to existing employees, as well as a tool for attracting top talent. Across two floors, the office includes a gracious client hosting and conference center, fully-customized private offices, and collaborative open workspace zones. Through an elevated Scandinavian aesthetic, the design features light oak finishes and refined detailing for a mature, modern palette that reflects the client’s commitment to sustainability and longevity.
Vocon has collaborated with the Company to design a premier work experience that will continue to attract top talent and adapt as its workplace needs change over time. The arrival experience is transparent and grand, with views of the Empire State Building accented by a monumental interconnecting staircase and an engaging reception and hospitality bar. Throughout the space, the design is light and bright with thoughtful accents of color. Each space balances classic minimalism with refined finishes, lighting, and details that make a statement as this Company continues to establish its presence in New York.
